Team Coaching
Sharna’s Followership Course is a breath of fresh air. It brings to life the complexities of human interaction and underscores the importance of deeper connection, emotional competence and active partnership – all so essential to effective relationships and high-performing teams. Sharna gives individuals and teams the common language and a set of practical tools to help improve communication, resolve conflict, and address other issues that stand in the way of an optimal relationship.
NATASHA PORTER, CEO, AMBASSADOR LEADERS
Practicing being organized in my thinking and more direct and clear in my communication is already beginning to translate to my work interactions and I know the more I practice, the more confident I will be in general.
DESIREE DE VRIES, HR ADMINISTRATOR
Sharna’s courses provide simple solutions to complex and stressful work situations. After only a few weeks, I was able to effectively communicate and get along with my manager who I could barely tolerate beforehand.
ALYSSA JERNIGAN, MARKETING & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
This has been such a game changer for our team, and huge for me personally as well. We are more in-tune, aware, sensitive and forgiving of one-another. The skills have given us the language and tools to show up and contribute authentically.
KATHLEEN ROBERTON, PROGRAM MANAGER
I had never really considered the power of followership. When I talked to students before, I’d frame their role as either “passive leadership” (step back) or “active leadership” (step up). But it was always “leadership.” With the lead/follow framework, it’s easier to describe the roles students can and should adopt within a team. When leaders and followers are both active participants, there’s implied agency and a demand to master distinct but interrelated skill sets. We tell students about the importance of team work; this framework is a way to actually teach those skills.
CORIE BALES, ACADEMIC AFFAIRS MANAGER
Individual Coaching
I came to Sharna in February of 2019. I told her about my habitual nature of lack of closure/completion of projects and my lack of focus and belief in myself. Sharna heard my intentions with an open heart and then looked right into my eyes and said, “This book will be written.” It was with the tranquil calmness of a shaman. I recognized at that point I had the power to dictate “if” and “when” my first book would be published. I still faced major hurdles including having to change editors, but along the way I would call Sharna and come away reaffirmed in my mission and purpose. On October 23, 2019 The Cats Volume I was published. My second book was published in April 2020.

SHELBY DONALD, PHYSICAL THERAPIST
I had never looked at business from the perspective Sharna showed me. She gave me exercises to work on to move past the barriers to the next step in growing my business and believing in myself to make these changes, and I still think about what we talked about that first day.
CARRIE DOMINICK, PHYSICAL THERAPIST
There isn’t a day that goes by where the practices and awarenesses I learned while working with Sharna have not come into play. It’s like she offered me a ladder, where every rung on it represents a new idea about myself or a practice I use to move through a moment. Always going up.
