“Folks have favorably remarked on my ability to guide the neighborhood, even a former nemesis.  I credit what I’ve learned from your podcast in honing my following skills which enables me to better guide the group and give folks the ability to create a better neighborhood.”

Introducing the Lead & Follow Podcast Curator!

I’m excited to introduce this new collaboration with Dave Bayless at Human Scale Business. We are curious to learn how ChatBot technology might accelerate human learning and facilitate real connections between humans around topics of shared interest!

Curator Tips

Rather than treating it as a search engine, the Curator works best when you use conversational language to ask questions like, Which episodes are the best match for a class I’m teaching on [SUBJECT]?  Which episodes cover [TOPIC]? You can also ask it to summarize individual episodes or tell you how to connect with guests who speak on topics you’re interested in. It’s actually pretty good!

Please try out this new tool and let us know what you think about it!

About the Book

If you’ve sat through a hundred leadership trainings and always felt that something was missing, this may be the book for you.

Rather than yet another set of leadership skills, this book describes nine pairs of skills – nine for leadership and nine for followership – and how they fit together. You’ll learn how to assess which role you need to stand in and how best to express it given what’s going on around you.
